Diaz & Gaeta Law, a bilingual law firm that handles immigration, criminal and auto accident cases recently announced that attorney Rianna “Misha” Cohen has joined their team. Attorney Cohen is originally from Atlanta, GA and has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Eckerd College, located in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Cohen is bilingual and has international experience. After graduation Misha, who loves to travel and enjoys immersion in new cultures decided to live a season in South Korea, Israel and Costa Rica. Through her work and time abroad, Misha developed a passion for helping others, which led her to focus her career on immigration law. This tour finally took her back home, in her native Atlanta, where she earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University School of Law, graduating with honors. While in law school, Misha obtained a Graduate Research Grant in Labor Law and Discrimination in Employment and an internship in Criminal Law.

“I decided to join Diaz and Gaeta Law because it is a unique opportunity to work and learn from other passionate and dedicated lawyers. In my career as a lawyer in Atlanta, I have been able to see Giovanni and Zach litigate in court and interact with their clients. I have always been impressed by their knowledge of the law, as well as the respect and attention they show each client. I knew that I wanted to work in a company where the interests of the people come first and in each case the right amount of time and dedication is offered. I am delighted and honored to be part of the Díaz and Gaeta Law team. “

Prior to joining Díaz and Gaeta Law, LLC, Misha practiced immigration and criminal defense in a private company, as well as in a nonprofit organization. She has experience in representing clients in a variety of matters including family-based petitions, expulsion defense and humanitarian resources. Misha is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Georgia Bar Association. In her free time, Misha likes yoga, hiking with her dog Onyx and traveling the world.

Rianna Cohen would love to help you with your immigration case and is committed to providing the best service and quality care that you deserve.
