Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, Carlos moved to the United States at the age of 15. He earned his degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University in 2018, bringing valuable insight into client care, communication, and team leadership. With a strong background in client intake, he began his career working with collections and personal injury attorneys as an intake specialist.
Carlos is the Intake Department Manager at Diaz and Gaeta, where he leads a team dedicated to providing a professional, empathetic, and efficient experience for every client from the very first point of contact. Carlos is committed to ensuring that every individual who contacts the firm feels heard, supported, and confident as they begin their legal journey.Outside of his professional role, Carlos enjoys reading, exploring computer programming, and gaming. He has a strong interest in technology and is always eager to learn new skills. Carlos also enjoys traveling, finding inspiration and perspective through experiencing new places and cultures.
