We use that time to get to know you and hear the details about your case. We give room to have you unload those big questions you have, and have us see if we have the right skill set to help you out.
We specialize in personal injury, auto accidents, immigration, and criminal defense. If your case falls under any of these categories, we can determine if one or both of our main attorneys would have to be involved, and we talk about the plan to overcome the situation you are facing.
If your case does not fall under any of those categories, we tell you straightforwardly that we are not the right fit for the job, and we make sure to give you contacts to attorneys who we trust and specialize in that specific field. After all, what we care about is to get the best outcome for you.
The first free consultation always gives us room to assess your case and determine if an attorney needs to be involved. Many times potential clients come to us and realize during that first free consultation that the process needed is relatively easy and could be done by them, saving them thousands of dollars on legal fees. In those cases, we explain in detail the procedure, give you the information you need, and make ourselves available in case you have any follow-up questions.
